ERP Support Consultant (3-10 yrs)

Technical Support Consultant :

Briefly, the role will involve providing operational and technical assistance to our customers over the phone or email. Video calls will also be required, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. We're looking for somebody with the capacity for analytical thinking where they will be able to diagnose and troubleshoot support cases resulting in efficient resolutions for our customers.

- Experience in a similar software support role or with ERP/Accounting software preferrable.

- Full NetSuite training and mentoring will be provided, and we would expect the successful candidate to work towards NetSuite certification.

Technical Skills :

Experience in Any Global ERPs like Oracle NetSuite/SAP/MS dynamics or similar, Ticket resolution, troubleshooting, Finance domain experience in Intercompany/Revenue recognition, NetSuite experience is highly preferred

- Providing solutions to customer support cases, whether this is general enquiries or practical resolutions

- Working through assigned cases and taking ownership of cases to completion

- Nurture and maintain strong customer relationships

- Professional Communication with customers and internal teams while working through support cases

- Seek assistance from internal teams

- Follow standard company procedures to update cases and communicate with customers

- Shadowing experienced consultants on more complicated/technical problems to improve understanding and knowledge

Skills :

- Basic ERP/Accounting knowledge

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to analyse complex problems, research solutions and follow through with the resolution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional at multi-tasking

- Ability to work effectively with a diverse customer base and adapt to different industries and requirements

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- A good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel

- Capable of delivering end user training
