Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Provide expert support for clients using Certinia (or similar) financial products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

- Manage migrations and integrations between Certinia and other systems.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Financial Management systems like FF Accounting/FFA, Billing Central, PSA, and similar modules.

- Resolve tickets within Certinia and other relevant platforms.

- Possess proficiency in Salesforce basics (Admin certification a plus).

- Demonstrate expertise in Certinia ERP (certification preferred).

- Experience working with international clients (UK, US, EU) is a must.

- Maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
