Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated M365 Break-Fix L1 Engineer to join our CSP support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level break fix support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues related to M365 services and applications.
• Monitor and manage support tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and application access.
• Collaborate with L2 and Microsoft support teams for escalated issues.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
• Stay updated with M365 features, updates, and industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users
