Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to head the following departments:

• Front Office
• Housekeeping
• Food & Beverage Service
• Kitchen

The ideal candidate should have a strong leadership background, proven expertise in the respective domain, and the ability to deliver excellence in hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department to ensure seamless guest services.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage departmental staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning and delivery of services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in handling operational challenges and guest services.
• Knowledge of industry trends and standards.
• Location Flexibility: Willing to relocate to Karjat.
