Key Responsibilities:
- Support key business initiatives by managing projects and processes, including onboarding and due diligence efforts with financial counterparties.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to drive strategic automation initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure thorough and up-to-date process documentation and continuously work towards process enhancements.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient onboarding of financial counterparties, aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Manage the timely setup of staff access to banking, brokerage, and custody platforms, overseeing the role-based access grant process.
- Conduct annual reviews of financial counterparties, incorporating a formal feedback mechanism.
- Establish and maintain engagement channels with financial counterparties to address ad hoc projects, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Develop SOPs and process designs for new setups with financial counterparties, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Standardize vendor onboarding processes to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business needs.

Skills Required:
- Adept at Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard
- Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders with strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-driven, hands-on and motivated
- Project management experience would be highly desirable
