Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment for children

Prepare and implement developmentally appropriate Montessori curriculum and lesson plans and incorporate other learning activities that align with the Montessori philosophy

Observe and assess children's development, identify individual needs and interests, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and needs, and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning at home

Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, attendance, and other important information

Knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices

Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children
