Description :

- We are currently seeking a Salesforce -Digital Solution Cnslt. Sr. Analyst

- Design, deploy, integrate, and provide Development support using Slack API.

- Experience in building Slack functions, workflows and triggers.

- Experience in testing Slack apps and other work in a dedicated development environment

- Building internally-facing Slack applications to help automate administration and business processes

- Handle work intake and drive projects to completion via team Scrum-Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, planning, and team retrospectives)

- Articulate project requirements in an ever-changing environment and implement according to standard methodologies

- Prior experience administering a Slack Enterprise grid environment

- Ability to pull and analyze basic data from SaaS systems and logs.

Mulesoft API consumption :

- Able to demonstrate implementation of a new solution, including requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept, test, and validating that solution meets the business need

Required Skills and Experience :

- Solid experience in building Slack workflows, functions, and triggers to automate processes, increase team productivity, and enhance communication.

- Prior experience in Slack Enterprise Grid administration, managing large-scale Slack environments, and configuring Slack for enterprise-level usage.

Technical Skills :

- Mulesoft API consumption experience, with the ability to integrate Slack with other platforms and SaaS systems.

- Proficient in RESTful APIs, JSON, and Webhooks to create seamless integrations with third-party tools.

- Strong ability to analyze data from Slack logs and other integrated SaaS systems to generate insights, track performance, and optimize workflows.

Project Management and Agile :

- Solid experience working with Scrum-Agile methodologies and taking part in all Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives).

- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive projects from ideation through to completion with a focus on timely delivery and high quality.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions and project requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and departments, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Certifications (Optional) :

- Slack development or API integrations certifications would be a plus.

- Salesforce or Mulesoft certifications can be beneficial, particularly for projects involving integrations with those platforms.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with Slack to improve CRM and business process workflows.

- Familiarity with advanced Slack features such as Slackbot, workflows, and security settings.

- Experience working with cloud-based solutions and managing the scaling of Slack applications in large organizations.
