Role & responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and updating of Manpower Requisition forms. Take the requisite approvals for severance, transfer and Fresh Additional cases
• Shortlist CV (s) from various resources and get approval of the concerned HOD.
• Plan for interview in consultation with all members of the Selection Committee.
• To organize and assist in conduct of interviews.
• Briefing selected candidates and issue of appointment advice.
• Completion of joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Creation of personal file with all requisite documents of each new candidate.
• Issue of temporary identity cards and registering under biometric punching.
• To undertake any other task as assigned time to time and to keep the HOD updated with their development/ progress and difficulties faced, if any.
• To assist colleagues in the department whenever required.
• Ensure new employee orientation and training activities for all new hires.
