Executive/Engineer - T&D (DOJO)

General Requirements:

1. Should be presentable personality.

2. Honesty & Integrity

3. Technical Degree / Diploma

4. Comfortable to work in shifts (As per requirement)

5. Having own conveyance (Two-wheeler)

6. Reside nearby KLR (Preferred within 20 KM)

Technical Requirements:

7. Must have an experience of DOJO Trainer & EHS Training

8. Must have relevant experience of - VSA Audits, IATF Audit, OHSAS, ISO 45001:2018

Job Profile:

9. Conduct DOJO & EHS Training as per procedure and maintain records.

10. Coordinate for staff training execution and maintain training records as per VSA.

11. Manpower record maintain during DOJO and Post DOJO tenure.

12. Coordinate for staff hiring & campus Recruitment.

13. Manpower recruitment and manpower monitoring.

14. Execute employee engagement activities.

15. Handle shop floor grievances.

16. Monitor EHS activity to achieve Zero accident.

17. Drive the suggestion/kaizen/Improvement activity in plant.

18. Monitor monthly skill matrix vs deployment to achieve zero defect.

19. General Administration like maintain 5S, horticulture, canteen & uniform.

20. Experience of costumer audits such as VSA, IATF 169:49, ISO 45001:2018

Software Courses-

21. Good typing & documentation skill, Strong in MS Excel & PPT presentation
