Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who is responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers or potential clients to promote products, provide information, or resolve inquiries. The role involves excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and the capacity to meet targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to clients effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and call logs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the management.
• Manage customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and telecalling scripts.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
