Quality Control Engineer

We are hiring for the role of Quality Engineer for Ahmedabad Location with a Top Brand

- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product verification.
- Ability to document quality reports and coordinate with vendors and production teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Inspect incoming materials as per quality standards and part drawings.
- Ensure compliance with specified tolerances, surface finish, and part integrity.
- Conduct on-job quality inspections during production processes.
- Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) before final product dispatch.
- Maintain inspection records and generate quality reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance overall product quality.

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing/production environment.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and GD&T interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
