Insurance and Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote financial products and wealth management services.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, and referrals.
• Conduct detailed financial needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and suggest suitable products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and investment plans.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest financial market trends and products to offer informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and network with potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial advisory roles
• Understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
