About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Presales Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with potential customers to understand their laboratory requirements, demonstrating the capabilities of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and assisting the sales team in closing deals. You will play a key role in positioning our LIMS as the preferred solution for laboratories across various industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, research, and biotechnology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their laboratory workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and present proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and implementation teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and articulate the unique value proposition of our LIMS.
• Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and market trends.
• Support marketing initiatives, such as webinars, whitepapers, and industry conferences.
• Assist in onboarding new customers by providing technical guidance and transition support.
