Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Shop & Site Sales Executive to drive sales of steel doors in both retail and project-based environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales in the showroom, visiting construction sites, engaging with contractors, builders, and end-users, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Assist customers in selecting the right steel doors based on their requirements (security, fire-rated, soundproof, etc.).
Provide product demonstrations and technical information at the showroom and on-site.
Visit construction sites, contractors, and project managers to promote and sell steel doors.
Prepare and present sales quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to close deals.
Technical & Site Support
Take accurate site measurements for customized door installations.
Provide guidance on installation requirements and door specifications.
Coordinate with technical teams for product customization and delivery.
Market Research & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
Maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and project consultants.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to optimize sales strategies.
Order Processing & After-Sales Service
Coordinate order processing, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Address any post-sales issues, including replacements, adjustments, or complaints.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in construction materials, doors, or hardware.
Education: High school diploma (Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering is a plus).
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and understand door specifications.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Software Proficiency: CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Mobility: Must be willing to travel to sites and meet clients.
