# Job Title: Telesales/Presales Team Member
# Location: Pune/Bengaluru
# Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales/Presales Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating prospects and leads through outbound calls to our database. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
# Key Responsibilities:
1. Make Outbound Calls: Make a minimum of 300 outbound calls per day to our database, with a target of 300 call minutes per day.
2. Generate Prospects: Generate high-quality prospects and leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
3. Qualify Leads: Qualify leads based on our criteria, including budget, location, and property preferences.
4. Update Database: Update our database with accurate and relevant information on prospects and leads.
5. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including the number of prospects generated, leads qualified, and conversions.
6. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and to share best practices.
# Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales, presales, or a related field.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication and sales skills.
2. Strong work ethic and ability to meet targets.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
4. Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages (Kannada/Marathi).
