KreditBee - Senior Product Manager - Loan Management System (3-8 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed Loan Management system requirements and logic implementation

- Complete ownership of Loan Management system

- Ensure that Finance/Business requirements are understood and implemented in line with Company strategy.

- Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders.

- Complete ownership of driving optimization and enhancements, basis usage analytics and other product metrics.

- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap.

- Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements:

- Worked on Loan Management System and implementation of LMS features at a system level

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL a must

- Understand Loan repayment schedule, loan terms calculation, associated terms and financial logic.

- Udnerstanding Credit line / Credit Card management systems would be a bonus

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.

- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and translating into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications.

- Should be able to read and analyze technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents.

Experience & Educational Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience for PM role & 5-8 years experience for SPM role in Loan Management System

- Experience in fast-paced startup environment.

- B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes.

- MBA optional.
