Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate with good communication skills and logical thinking may apply. 0.6 year of relevant experience required.
Should have good knowledge of excel. Knowledge of V lookup, H lookup, pivot tables is a must.
Should be flexible with working hours. Good oral and written communication will be an added advantage. Maintained sales account information and client servicing with MS word and MS Excel. Handling queries and responding to the clients via E-Mails and Telephone. Administrative support for all data entry, invoicing, dispatching of products on regular basis with MS Excel. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Selected candidate will responsible to support Backend Operations of the Sales Department. He should have good knowledge in
1. Excel, Word, Powerpoint and MS-Outlook
2. Formulas pertaining to Excel including but not limiting to Vlook-up, Hlook-up, Macros etc.
3. Preparing Reporting formats
4. Making Catalogue Presentations
The Candidate will be responsible for Managing our Back Office Operations that includes, Sending Quotations, Keeping Records, Making Phone Calls, Processing Orders Independently.
Candidate should have prior experience in backend operations, should be smart and should have excellent communication (both written and oral) skills.
