Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our UiPath automation

initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, documenting business requirements, and

acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the RPA development team. The ideal

candidate will have experience in process analysis and an understanding of RPA technologies,

especially UiPath.

Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document current processes

and identify automation opportunities.

 Conduct process discovery workshops, interviews, and data analysis to map as-is” and “to-

be” process flows.

 Create detailed documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDDs), business cases,

and automation feasibility assessments.

 Collaborate with UiPath Developers and Solution Architects to ensure automation design

meets business requirements.

 Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather stakeholder feedback.

 Prioritize automation use cases based on ROI, complexity, and business impact.

 Contribute to the development of the automation pipeline and roadmap.

 Assist in change management and communication plans to support automation adoption

across departments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Business & Functional Skills:

 Strong understanding of business process mapping, BPMN, and workflow design

 Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation-ready processes

 Experience working with Process Mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining or Task Capture)

is a plus

 Excellent documentation skills (PDDs, user stories, use cases)

Technical Awareness:

 Familiarity with UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub)

 Basic understanding of RPA capabilities, limitations, and lifecycle

 Comfort with tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and confluence/JIRA

Soft Skills:

 Excellent verbal and written communication

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities

 Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a

related field

 UiPath Business Analyst Foundation Certification or Automation Hub certification is a strong

plus

 Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is an

advantage

Experience Requirements:

 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or automation projects

 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting RPA initiatives, preferably with UiPath

 Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or

ServiceNow

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

 Exposure to document understanding, AI/ML integrations, or workflow orchestration tools

 Experience with change management and user training initiatives

 Familiarity with compliance and risk management in automation projects
