Job Description
- Postgraduate degree (MSc, PG Diploma, or similar) in Biology, Ecology, or allied fields
- Research experience in ecology, including some experience in conducting field work (research experience as part of a thesis or dissertation counts).
- Ability and willingness to conduct fieldwork and sample collection around Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, and travel to facilitate chemical and genomic analyses.
- Spreadsheet skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
Desired skills: Experience with one or more of the following is desirable - fieldwork, GIS software, R statistical software, geospatial tools, and statistical analyses. These are not required qualifications to apply for this position, but the Research Assistant must be willing to learn new skills needed for the project.
