Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Perform backups of critical data using various backup tools (e.g., Veeam).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on LAN/WAN networks.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
