Export Manager-Sales (Pipes)

Roles and Responsibilities

• To identify and develop new business opportunities in B2c and B2B channel.
  
• Motivate the distributors and marketing executives to deliver on their sales targets.
  
• Create and implement effective account/territory plans that include; developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business; forecasting revenue; developing key contacts and business relationships within a new account including influential individual and high level decision makers.
  
• Plan, manage and develop Sales team to achieve current and future business sales plans.
  
• We are looking for a Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Support Sales Managers with day-to-day store operation
• Evaluate individual performances
• Report on regional sales results
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
