KPMGs Forensic practice endeavors to provide an independent, proactive, and responsive service, together with credible results by effectively utilizing its investigative, IT, accounting, financial and various other resources towards the detection and investigation of alleged fraud and in resolving commercial and legal disputes. It emphasizes on the need for progress, flexibility, and quality along with providing credible evidence to help companies make informed decisions. KPMG Investigations team helps organizations detect, manage, and deter fraud, misappropriation, bribery and corruption, related risks by conducting or assisting with proactive and reactive investigations. The team also focuses on helping clients manage various regulatory risks emanating from money laundering and terrorist financing exposure. Further, KPMG Contract Management team support clients capture obligations, identify risks within their contracting practice/process and helps in reducing disputes and litigation risk.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contract risk management aspects for KPMG Clients,
Having 1-3 years experience with end-to-end contract management
Extensive exposure to contract risk reviews, redlining and negotiation
Substantive experience with contract key clause abstraction and obligation management
Advanced stakeholder management and communication experience
Experience supporting with playbook/knowledge object building
Thorough understanding of contract management tools, such as SirionLabs, Aptus, iCertis, Ariba etc.
Knowledge of data risk management requirements, utilizing clients systems/contracting tools and related MIS reporting
Experience in assisting with business development efforts in this area, conducting research and helping in preparing proposals

Innovative, strategic, and pragmatic thinking
An eye for detail and ability to add value in complex analysis
Ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case and solve problems to meet the needs of the clients.
Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help promote clarity and present persuasive options.
High level of computer literacy with specific knowledge of data analysis tools and MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to build collaborative and inclusive relationships within and outside of the firm
Resilience and agility especially during stringent deadlines, fast changing environments, processes, and structures
The role is client facing and may require travel within the country and overseas in future (in adherence to pandemic driven guidelines)

Working here is so exhausting you can barely have time to think of any pros
Dislikes
Very exhaustive working here, really long working hours, no weekends or holidays go without work. There is absolute zero work-life balance. If concerns are raised with director they state no big deal stretch yourselves. KPMG should probably make longer days than 24hrs!
