Assistant Manager - M&A Srvcs

The role requires the individual to analyze financial and business data, identify potential opportunities and risks, and develop and execute M&A strategies. The Consultant must have strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research and analysis on potential M&A opportunities and risks. • Develop and execute M&A strategies that align with clients' objectives. • Analyze financial and business data to assess the value and feasibility of potential transactions. • Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and other relevant materials. • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to clients. • Negotiate deal terms and coordinate due diligence activities. Requirements: • Experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or related field. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
