We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Technology Consulting - DT CSG - Cyber Vision and Vigilance team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of cybersecurity by offering advanced threat intelligence, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous vigilance against emerging cyber threats. As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in helping organizations identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, while building robust and proactive cybersecurity strategies that strengthen their overall defense posture.
Cyber Threat Intelligence & Vigilance: Assist clients in establishing and maintaining effective threat intelligence programs. Leverage internal and external intelligence sources to provide actionable insights into potential and ongoing threats, helping clients stay ahead of cyber adversaries.
Risk Assessment & Management: Help clients conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and areas of exposure in their digital infrastructure. Develop actionable risk management strategies to mitigate these risks and strengthen the client’s security posture.
Incident Detection & Response Strategy: Guide clients in developing and optimizing their incident detection and response strategies. Assist with the creation of playbooks, process flows, and the integration of automated response systems to ensure timely and effective action during security incidents.
Security Operations & Monitoring: Work closely with security operations teams to implement continuous monitoring solutions. Ensure clients have real-time visibility into their security landscape, enabling rapid detection of anomalies and potential security breaches.
Security Tool Selection & Integration: Advise clients on the selection and integration of appropriate cybersecurity tools and technologies. This includes SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, threat intelligence platforms, network security monitoring tools, and endpoint protection solutions.
Vulnerability Management: Support clients in identifying, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities within their infrastructure. Conduct vulnerability assessments and advise on best practices for patch management and system hardening.
Cybersecurity Strategy Development: Assist clients in developing and executing a holistic cybersecurity strategy that aligns with their business objectives and risk tolerance. Help shape long-term security roadmaps, ensuring that they evolve with emerging threats and technological advancements.
Training & Awareness Programs: Deliver training and awareness programs to client teams, educating them on cybersecurity best practices, common attack vectors, and how to recognize and respond to security incidents such as phishing attacks or malware infections.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and technological innovations. Proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to clients’ cybersecurity programs and systems to ensure they remain resilient against evolving risks.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on the current threat landscape, incidents, vulnerabilities, and risk assessments. Communicate complex cybersecurity issues clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure that cybersecurity strategies are fully integrated into the client’s broader risk management and business objectives.
