About the Role:
As part of our Government Advisory team, you will be responsible for shaping digital strategies, modernizing government services, and ensuring efficient public service delivery. Your work will directly impact central and state governments, addressing challenges in governance through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Business Analyst
Level: Associate/Consultant/AM
Location: Delhi
Education Requirement: BTech + MBA (Preferred) - The candidate should preferably be from a top-tier engineering/B School
Experience: 3-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Documentation
- Collecting Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Analyzing Requirements: Conduct in-depth analysis of the collected requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Creating Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documents such as Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), and Business Requirements Documents (BRD). These documents should clearly outline the functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are easily understandable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintaining Documentation: Regularly update and maintain the documentation to reflect any changes in requirements or project scope, ensuring accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication and Presentation
- Effective Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. This includes both verbal and written communication.
- Presentation Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations that effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including government officials, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Facilitating Meetings: Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment among all parties involved in the project.
