Senior Educator – Education & Competency Development

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Training Delivery – Delivery in-person and virtual trainings effectively to build managerial and talent excellence in the organization.
• Training Content Development – End-to-end designing of world-class eLearning and live learning programs and trainings to deliver results as per organizational priorities.
• Familiarity with learning & development processes, methods & best practices.
• Knowledge of LMS, E-learning platforms, Authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Data Analytics, BI tools is a plus.
• Basic program management – Anchor behind-the-scenes operations of learning programs, as needed.
• Stakeholder Management – Strong Liaison & Support for all stages from program designing to rollout between teams, HODs, participants, managers & key stakeholders, as needed.
• Vendor Management – Experience in handling vendors & budgets, as needed.
