Automation and Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer with a strong focus on monitoring, logging, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of monitoring systems, logging frameworks, and operational best practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications by implementing robust monitoring and logging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions: Ensure comprehensive monitoring of all systems and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms.
• Establish and manage logging infrastructure: Set up and maintain centralized logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack, Fluentd, Graylog) to capture, store, and analyze logs for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and automation.
• Develop and maintain operational workflows: Ensure smooth, efficient operations by creating and managing processes for incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure system health and performance: Monitor infrastructure performance metrics and take proactive steps to prevent downtime and issues.
• Automate operational tasks: Contribute to the automation of routine operational processes, such as monitoring, reporting, and deployment workflows.
