Senior Director - E-Mobility (12-20 yrs)

Position Overview:

Head - Emobility is a Functional Head role responsible for driving the success of the E-Mobility function. Primary deliverable of the role will be to support Revenue Generation for Business. Key functionalities include EV manufacturing partnerships, fleet maintenance strategies, and the operational uptime of electric vehicles to deliver business metrics. This role demands deep expertise in EV manufacturing, EV fleet Maintenance, EV Spares Procurement & Inventory Management through Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for EV fleet operations and maintenance in a De-centralised, Fragmented Fleet environment.

- Lead initiatives to enhance EV performance and reliability through data-driven decision-making.

- Identify and onboard innovative EV manufacturers and suppliers to ensure a diverse and reliable fleet.

- Foster partnerships with vendors for long-term collaboration and innovation.

- Ensure 99% fleet uptime by optimizing maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repair workflows.

- Oversee the performance of the EV Field Technician team to minimize repair turnaround times (TAT).

- Ensure compliance with EV registration, fitness certifications, and insurance requirements.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies for vehicle operations.

- Build frameworks for efficient spare parts management to reduce operational costs.

- Streamline the integration of EV operations with the Sales Ops team to enhance service delivery.

Experience :

- 12+ years of experience. Exposure to EV manufacturing and fleet maintenance is mandatory

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
