Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients.
Understand their specific needs and requirements.
Proactively identify potential opportunities and present suitable consultants.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with IT vendors and staffing agencies.
Negotiate favorable terms and rates for bench consultants.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of consultants to clients.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Source and screen IT consultants from various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Prepare compelling resumes and cover letters.
Sales and Negotiation:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Placement and Onboarding:
Coordinate the placement of consultants with clients, including visa and immigration processes.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for consultants.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Skills: U.S. bench sales experience, IT role knowledge, strong negotiation skills.
