Role & responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Work with hiring managers to gather job descriptions and understand technical requirements.

Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and databases to source candidates.

Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical and HR interviews.

Offer Management: Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate onboarding.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
