[Roles and Responsibility]
> Identify and target new clients through cold calls, market research and networking.
> Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
> Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
> Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
> Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
> Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
> Build and maintain a robust sales funnel by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into sales.
> Track sales metrics and report on performance.
[Working Condition]
> 5~6 days per week, 8 hours per day
> (Location) :Lucknow
[Mandatory Qualification]
> Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
> 2 years of proven experience in field sales or related roles.
> Strong communication and negotiation skills.
> Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
> Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
> English and Hind Fluent
