[Roles and Responsibility]

> Customer Support: Answer inbound calls from customers, providing support and information about medical devices, product availability, usage instructions, and troubleshooting.

> Product Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.

> Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.

[Working Condition]

> Working Days : 5~6 days per week (Monday to Friday)

> Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

> (Location): Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

[Mandatory Qualification]

> Bachelor's degree

> 1 years of proven experience

> Good communication skills

> English and Hindi
