Quality Control Officer

Job Description: The Quality Check (QC) Team ensures that both vending machines and FMCG products meet the required standards for functionality, safety, and quality before deployment. They conduct inspections, perform tests, and report any defects to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vending Machine Quality Control

Inspect vending machines before deployment to ensure they are fully functional.

Test payment systems (UPI, card, cash) and touchscreen interfaces for accuracy.

Check machine refrigeration, dispensing mechanisms, and sensors for proper operation.

Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.

Document and report machine defects, ensuring timely repairs.

2. FMCG Product Quality Control

Verify the freshness, packaging, and labeling of FMCG products before loading into vending machines.

Ensure that products meet food safety and regulatory standards.

Monitor product shelf life and discard expired or damaged items.

Conduct random sampling and quality assurance audits.

3. Compliance & Reporting

Maintain records of quality checks and compliance reports.

Work closely with the inventory and supply chain teams to prevent quality issues.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and vending machine industry standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, or Food Technology.
