1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

2. Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Promote open communication and employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals and expectations.
• Support the identification of training and development needs based on performance reviews.

4. Training & Development:

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify career development opportunities for employees.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and update as needed.

5. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

6. Compensation & Benefits:

• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Review and optimize compensation and benefits programs.
• Benchmark industry standards to maintain competitive pay structures.

7. Strategic HR Planning:

• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Forecast future workforce needs based on organizational growth plans.
