Npd Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development:
   
• Brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas based on market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
• Create sketches, 3D models, and renderings to present design concepts.
2. Design & Prototyping:
   
• Develop detailed designs using CAD software.
• Collaborate with prototyping teams to create and refine prototypes for testing and validation.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
   
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product development.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for innovation.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Ensure designs are feasible for production and meet cost and timeline constraints.
5. Testing & Validation:
   
• Assist in testing products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and functionality standards.
• Make necessary design modifications based on test results and feedback.
6. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Maintain accurate documentation of design processes, specifications, and revisions.
• Present progress updates and final designs to stakeholders.Role & responsibilities
