Custody Services - Corporate action

Role & responsibilities :-

1. Processing of Instructions received from the Clients.

2. Accounting knowledge is required for executing the fund transfers

3. Need to perform the mutual fund processing & trade settlement

4. Need to process primary market events such as IPO, FPO, QIP, Private Placement

5. Should be able to execute bids on exchange platform for OFS, buyback, open offer

6. ASBA processing need to be done for rights, IPO , FPO, call money

7. Familiar with FDI, FVCI regulations and verification of regulatory documents

8. Candidate need to handle the Client queries

9. Various regulatory and internal audits need to be managed

10. Enhancements need to be identified within the team to automate the processes

11. Ensuring system UAT is completed on timely basis.

12. Ensuring there is no delay in processing the client instructions.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, SEBI & RBI

Regulations for reporting of trades.
