VRM Responsibilities:

1. Ensure sales of policies by interacting with the customers virtually and solving their queries.
2. Support field sales teams by addressing on-the-go challenges.
3. Assist with customer queries on products, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Provide remote support to AU Bank branches for sales of policies
5. Maintain high-quality service standards while interacting with internal and external customers

Qualifications:

1. 1.5-2 years of BFSI telesales experience; insurance telesales is a plus.
2. Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali of each is required.
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills
4. Ability to start immediately or with a quick joining timeline is preferred.
