Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales of policies by interacting with the customers virtually and solving their queries.
• Support field sales teams by addressing on-the-go challenges.
• Assist with customer queries on products, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide remote support to AU Bank branches for sales of policies
• Maintain high-quality service standards while interacting with internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• 1.5-2 years of BFSI telesales experience; insurance telesales is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali of each is required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to start immediately or with a quick joining timeline is preferred.
