Analyst - Operation (Greviance)

1. Data Collection and Interpretation
Gathering relevant data from various sources (internal systems, external databases, surveys,
etc.).
Interpreting raw data to uncover trends, patterns, or insights.
Using tools like Excel, coding, PPT and advance excel and other important tools
2. Problem-Solving
Identifying and defining problems that need to be addressed.
Using analytical frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis, root cause analysis) to explore potential
solutions.
Creating hypotheses and testing them through data or experiments.
3. Reporting and Communication
Presenting findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format (reports, dashboards, presentations).
Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Supporting decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
4. Critical Thinking and Reasoning
Breaking down complex issues into smaller, manageable components.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
