F&D Scientist - Executive/Sr. Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Research and development: Developing and optimizing formulations for new and existing products. This may include conducting research and experimentation to create safe, effective, and stable formulations.
• Collaboration: Working with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Documentation: Preparing reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Staying updated: Keeping up with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Resolving formulation-related issues during production and development.
• Data analysis: Using data to develop and optimize processes and strategies.
• Project management: Working with the management team to establish timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
• Progress monitoring: Monitoring progress and evaluating performance.
• Safety: Following company HSE procedures and safety policy. Reporting any unsafe conditions or accidents in the workplace.
