Job Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Client Service Executive with a passion for digital marketing and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts while also spearheading our social media management efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms

- Create engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives

- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics

- Manage client communications, including emails, calls, and meetings

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- 0-2 years of experience in client service or digital marketing

- Proven track record of social media management

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube)

- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in content creation

- Knowledge of social media scheduling and management tools

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
