Performing regular backups and disaster recovery operations. Maintaining security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Managing user accounts and access rights to systems and data. Keeping software up-to-date and ensuring licenses are in compliance. Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Collaborating with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
