KONE IT runs one global SAP ERP instance with about 22.000 users in more than 55 countries worldwide. To support our strategy KONE is starting a program called Business Platform Renewal. Business Platform Renewal (BPR) is a major strategic transformation program aiming to simplify the way we work by redesigning our processes and supporting them with latest technology, including transition to SAP S4/HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. In KONE Enterprise IT organization, we have an exciting opportunity to join our SAP Platform team as SAP Integrations Analyst.

Skills & experience we're looking for :

- Deep knowledge of various aspects of SAP Security, both from a technical as well as business process perspective.

- 4-6 years of experience in SAP Security

- Knowledge of SAP authorization concept for both on-premise systems such as ECC, BW, Portal, BPC as well as S/4 HANA and new SAP Cloud solutions.

- Experience with integration to Identity Management Systems for provisioning to SAP on-premise and Cloud applications, with Directory Services for Authentication via SSO.

- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control for centralized risk management, compliant provisioning and role administration.

- Experience in handling Segregation of Duties (SOD) Risks, applying mitigation controls, supervising sensitive access and elevated privileges.

- Ability to perform GRC/SOD control maintenance and remediation processes.

- Make recommendations for application security including change, incident management, process enhancements, access management, and change management.

- Strong organizational skills and be able to attend to and prioritize projects.

- Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitude with focus on identify and alleviating the root cause of the issue.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills, work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate

them into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of IT principles, best practices, and regulatory compliance as you will be working in an IT environment to

support SAP GRC solutions.

- Good knowledge of Fiori, HANA, S/4 HANA and Cyber Security
