Senior Specialist - Maintenance R&D

We are looking for Senior Specialist - Maintenance R&D work together with Global professionals in different countries to develop methodologies and access the maintainability of the product considering the technician and customer experience.

You are passionate in developing new methodologies and concept with rich knowledge on elevator field practicalities in component replacement techniques.

Job Title :- Senior Specialist - Maintenance R&D

Main responsibilities

• Design for maintainability and owning MDM role for R&D Projects
• Develop or supporting the Future Maintenance Automation & Remote solutions.
• Create maintenance methods and validate in the controlled environment.
• Innovate new process and tools to ease technician experience.
• Acts as a voice of field personnel in ensuring the maintainability of new products.
• Assess the possibilities of maintainability improve products in field.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering - Mechanical / Electrical
• 10 or 12 Years of Experience in Maintenance or Maintenance development stream
• Design Thinking, Automation & GenAI
• Developed knowledge & experience in Maintenance operational method and process development.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• collaborating with various cross functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Self-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and can-do attitude.
• Highly focused towards work and achieving goals.
