1. Leadership The Asst/Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that they have clear objectives and are effectively coached and developed.

2. Project Management The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to execute on-time, on-budget, high quality engineering and manufacturing projects.

3. Process Improvement Asst/Deputy Managers are expected to continuously improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Requiremments ;

The candidates must have the knowledge of CNC machine spindle assembly, Ballscrew Assy, specially MAKINO, Brother and HAAS machines, Hydraulic and Pnumatic Sstem, Gear box Assy

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving performance and achieving results.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
