Kompass is a pioneering Junior College for providing high-quality Commerce education in Telangana. It offers an integrated MEC (Math-Economics-Commerce), CEC (Civics-EconomicsCommerce) and HEC (History-Economics-Commerce) with coaching for entrance exams for Law, Business Management, Social Sciences and Hospitality and training for essential life skills. Kompass aims at creating well-rounded individuals through a holistic approach to education.

The institution is headed by Management professionals with an educational background in IIT, XLRI, and PhD from OU. The advisory council comprises a US-based, Sequoia-backed successful entrepreneur, a former Director Principal of a large educational academy, and a Former Dean of IIM Bangalore.

Located at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, the institution wants to build a vibrant faculty in Mathematics, Political Science, English, Economics, and History to excel in both pedagogy and academic content for the students.

1 The selected candidate would be required to teach students of 1st Year and 2nd Year Intermediate as per the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Syllabus.

2 Candidate is also required to develop curriculum and content to complement the students learning for Board and competitive examinations.

3 The right person should have excellent communication skills and an ability to generate interest and involvement of the students in the subject.

4 It is mandatory for the candidate to possess an MA in Math, Political Science, English Economics or History (respectively) from a reputed University. Any prior teaching or academic experience would be preferable.
