ediiie - Associate Project Manager (4-6 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Project Manager to oversee the development of our game projects from conception to launch.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management.

- The project manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality games within budgetary and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:-.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple game development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Managing cross-functional teams of designers, developers, artists, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.

- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders regularly and transparently.

- Anticipate and resolve conflicts /bottlenecks that may arise during the development process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and quality standards.

- Oversee the quality assurance and testing processes to ensure that games meet established quality standards and user requirements by coordinating with QA team.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.

Requirements & Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of game development processes, including game design, programming, art production, and testing.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Zoho, or Microsoft Project.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
