Job Description

We are seeking a talented ERP Software Sales Representative to join our growing team. With 1 to 5 years of experience in the sales field, you will play a crucial role in promoting our ERP solutions, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. If you have a knack for understanding client needs and a desire to help businesses enhance their operations, this role is perfect for you
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ERP software or related technology solutions preferred.
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Industry Understanding: Basic knowledge of ERP systems, their functionalities, and the value they bring to businesses
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your understanding of ERP solutions and market dynamics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, presenting our ERP software s value and benefits to address their specific needs.
  • Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our ERP systems, showcasing features and advantages to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improving strategies and achieving targets.
Skills Required:
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Good understanding of JSON third-party libraries and APIs
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP software and its applications, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing sales, while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing and technical support.
