JOB PURPOSE:
Owner of Multiple Technologies with Sales & Service ecosystem and a Strategic interface with Sales, Service & Corporate functions for the purpose of Digital Capability development, Business Requirements Gathering and Value Realization. The person will also engage with Tech Solution & product delivery team to ensure delivery as per expected business outcomes within committed timelines.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Cross Functional Engagement with Business stake holders for overall product road map capability development.
Manage multiple Products in the Sales & Service ecosystem and ensure the governance of health and metrics for all
Own business requirements & value realization for all digital products
Responsible for ensuring that business imperatives are clearly understood, system / product / IT applications are designed keeping in mind business objectives and are delivered in a timely manner.
Monitor the progress and financials of business outcomes, communicating portfolio-level impacts to maximize rapid delivery of business value
Identifies current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state with a multiyear roadmap.
Capable to write the BRD Documents in much detailed manner while ensuring the value outcomes of the project.
Own end to end delivery of digital products enhancements including design, build and deployment by collaborating with multiple teams and partners.

Wear a hat of a lead Business Analyst and work with the teams to manage project ideation, gathering of high level requirement, defining the detailed requirement and process in to epic and stories.
Plan and estimates delivery work with an agile approach focusing on project milestone, resource planning, scope, budget, risk and mitigation.
Understand customer requirements and ensure that the product/application developed is on time with quality through the team of developers.
Partners with internal colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate information and knowledge at hand to be successful; works with Enterprise Architects to ensure overall capability governance.
Identifies and builds relevant Business and Digital Technology KPI s to define success and implements operational procedures to achieve set targets.
Should be well versed with Salesforce Sales, Salesforce Service, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & CDH.
Ensures streamlined & Smooth Progress update to business stake holders on digital capability development road map.
Role will also be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are effective to support and enhance business operations while eliminating security risks and increasing user satisfaction
Build strong relationships with business groups and their leaders in the business, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities & provide timely resolution.
Builds consensus among a diverse group of business process stakeholders. Facilitates a resolution to the challenges that arise from processes that span many functional areas of a company.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Master s or bachelor s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of information technology experience, ideally in development, implementation, and
maintenance of large-scale Sales & Service CRM systems along with managing the space of Digital Marketing, eCommerce
B2B sales preferably in Consumer Goods / Retail Industry.
5+ years of experience in influencing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating, and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts in area of Digital Technology.
Experience with sales & service tools, such as Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Sales, Marketing cloud from Salesforce.com.
In-depth knowledge of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C process in a digital environment where cutting edge technologies were implemented
Have a good indepth knowledge of Digital Technologies
Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards.
Demonstrates an understanding of the existing systems and technologies of the organizations.
Works with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in the existing systems and technology.
Understand and speak the language of the business.
