Manager – Warehousing Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the Warehousing operations of Borosil Consumer products division across the country Customer Focus - ensuring service levels are being managed well by 3PL service providers as well as Borosil's own warehouses Cost Control - ensure that 3PLs and service providers are billing as per contracts Drive productivity in the Supply chain fulfilment process Ensure regular inventory and process audits are carried out across all the Borosil warehouse ecosystem Work closely with SAP and IT team to deliver technology solutions Important Competencies 4-8 years' experience in an consumer goods/3PL Warehousing environment. Should have managed a large warehouse or a set of warehouses in a consumer goods environment Hands-on with persuasive skills across all stakeholders across Borosil, and outside ( 3PL service providers, transporters etc ) Verbal and written communication Academic & Professional Qualifications Graduate in Science or Commerce streams experience ( Specify if any particular area ) Hands on experience in managing warehouses Exposure to modern WMS systems
